Memorial Plaque

Posted On 07/07/2020

A memorial plaque is a great way to remember someone, and they can often be erected outside of a cemetery or graveyard.

This memorial plaque was erected onto a Cornish granite boulder in the village of Polruan, looking out to sea.

And what a place to come and remember someone who also loved this village.

Many different types of stone can be used for a memorial plaque.

But on this occasion a simple dark grey slate on a silver grey granite boulder gives the memorial plaque great contrast.

And you can’t go wrong with white painted letters.
